Stop smoking by changing your conditioned responses

Welcome to the second episode of the Sean Boon Thought-control podcasts.

This episode is aimed at those who wish to give up smoking.
It briefly addresses how habits can be formed and broken using techniques pioneered by Ivan Pavlov and his experiments in conditioned responses.

There is also a brief meditaion session included to allow you to reflect on what is your conditioned response and what causes you to smoke.
